REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days torequest a return after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same conditionyou received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in itsoriginal packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof ofpurchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Fireho@163.com andwe will process your return, and you will need to return the item tothe address we specify, Items returned to us without first requestinga return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately ifthe item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item sowe can assess the problem and correct it.
Please understand that custom items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return theitem you own and once your return has been accepted, purchase anew item separately.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return andlet you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'llautomatically receive a refund to your original payment methodwithin 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some timefor your bank or credit card company to process and post yourrefund, too.
